Shipping policy

Processing time Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Domestic shipping (United States) We ship via USPS from Stone Mountain, Georgia. Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited options are shown at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

International shipping We ship internationally via USPS. Delivery times vary by country (typically 7–21 business days). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Tracking may be limited once the package leaves the United States.

Address errors Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; a reshipping fee may apply.

P.O. Boxes We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
