How to use: Wash hands before use. Wash the labia and surrounding area. Lie down with hips raised, remove the applicator's protective cover, insert, and push the gel inside. Remove and discard the applicator, then wash hands. Keep legs/hips raised for 10 minutes.

When to use: Best at bedtime, lying down, to prevent leakage. Use 3 days after your menstrual cycle and/or 1 month after IUD removal.

How often: No more than one applicator per week.
