It didn’t do what it said it was going to do, but maybe I need to take it on a regular basis to have it in my system. But I wasn’t impressed but maybe I was doing it wrong.

The bags are way smaller than I was expecting them to be and more expensive than the original place that used to sell these. Pretty disappointed probably won't buy again
