Never got the product due to shipping discrepancy. I would have been nice if she offered a discount since it wasn’t the ladies fault about my address. She called and returned my emails too late to catch my delivery error. My money was not refunded and I didn’t get a product. No resolution just a call to let me know she got my emails and phone calls. Not happy with the way it was handled. Not even sure how to rate product.
The customer's order was processed and shipped promptly the following day. However, the customer provided an incorrect address, which led to delivery issues. Upon being contacted three days post-shipment, our team responded in a timely manner. According to our policy, customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping information. Nonetheless, we uphold our responsibility to deliver packages to the address provided, and in this instance, we fulfilled that obligation.
