How to Use:

Use as directed. Wash hands before and after application. For personal care use only.

When to use: The best time to use the gel is before a bedtime, overnight, while lying down to prevent leakage of the product. Use 3 days after your menstrual cycle and/or 1 month after removal of IUD.

How often to use: No more than one wand per week.
